Greengage & Co Limited

Greengage is a fintech platform that bridges traditional finance and the digital-asset economy, offering crypto-friendly accounts, lending solutions, and an innovative Bitcoin Treasury 2.0 strategy designed to generate yield while maintaining strong risk management.

Its digital platform connects SMEs, entrepreneurs, family offices and digital-asset businesses to both Greengage’s own services and to a wider ecosystem of regulated account and lending partners. Through this scalable partner-driven infrastructure, Greengage provides a compliant, relationship-led solution for onboarding, CRM and account management.

At the core of the model is Bitcoin Treasury 2.0, which differs from traditional “buy and hold” treasuries by actively leveraging Bitcoin reserves to secure low-cost loans and redeploy capital into high-yield private credit strategies. Returns are then recycled into additional Bitcoin purchases, compounding long-term value and offering yield without compromising risk discipline.

Vision & Mission

Vision

To become the leading Bitcoin-integrated financial platform for SMEs and digital-asset businesses, redefining how organisations access accounts, credit and yield in a compliant and relationship-driven way.

Mission

To empower SMEs with crypto-friendly accounts, lending solutions, and intelligent yield strategies anchored by Bitcoin Treasury 2.0, connecting them to the new age of open finance

Our Strategic Direction

Our strategy is built around two complementary pillars that reinforce one another:

Expand a scalable, partner-driven financial platform

•Provide fiat and crypto-friendly accounts, e-money services and B2B lending to SMEs, digital-asset firms and family offices

Integrate with further regulated PSP and EMI partners to offer scale beyond our own balance sheet

Deliver “picks and shovels” technology infrastructure for onboarding, CRM and account management

• Serve global markets worth over £11bn, driven by rising digital-asset adoption, alternative lending demand and supportive regulation Greengage messaging framework

Grow and optimise the Bitcoin Treasury 2.0 strategy

• Borrow against Bitcoin reserves on a non-recourse basis to fund high-yield private credit portfolios

• Target 10–15 percent net annual returns while preserving downside protection

• Recycle returns into additional Bitcoin to grow the reserve base and compound yield

• Use the treasury to accelerate institutional trust and strengthen Greengage’s ecosystem positioning

Combined outcome

A differentiated fintech model where platform economics and treasury performance reinforce each other, creating long-term value beyond net asset value.
